TulipTv runs on x64 PCs with Windows 10 version 2004 (build 19041) or later, including Windows 11.

What is TulipTv?

TulipTv is a free IPTV player for Windows 10 and 11. It plays live TV, movies and series from your own playlists.

Which features are free?

Live TV, the Guide, Movies, Series and provider-supported catch-up stay free after the Pro trial ends. The free version has no expiry date and uses one of your own playlists, plus the optional demo. No TulipTv account is needed to try the Store app.

Does TulipTv include channels or a TV subscription?

No provider content or TV subscription is included. You supply your own playlist from a provider you are authorized to use.

Which playlists can I use?

Connect with an M3U or M3U8 link or file for Live TV, or an Xtream Codes account for Live TV, Movies and Series. Xtream movies and series include posters and details. Continue watching with resume is a Pro feature.

Does it have a TV guide and catch-up?

Live TV has a channel guide when your provider supplies schedule data. Catch-up is available when your provider offers an archive.

Can I choose audio and subtitles?

The built-in player supports audio and subtitle track choice, with adjustable subtitle appearance and broad audio and video codec support.

Can I combine playlists and keep favorites?

TulipTv Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase through the Microsoft Store. Buy once and keep TulipTv Pro forever, with no monthly or annual TulipTv subscription. It combines several playlists in Live TV, Movies and Series and adds favorites, Continue watching and theme choice.

Does it have parental controls?

TulipTv has a parental PIN, and adult categories are hidden by default. Provider categories and ratings can be incomplete, so these controls cannot guarantee that every unsuitable item is blocked.
